If you haven’t had any appointments at with practitioners at Cultivate Healing previously, please book an Initial Consult.
You can choose to book with your practitioner online, by phone, email or at your appointment in clinic. You can find the direct booking links to each practitioner under their profile and ‘book with’ option.
There are various follow up appointment types. The most appropriate for you will be recommended by your practitioner. Please feel welcome to discuss these options when booking or prior to booking.
If you prefer to schedule on an as-needed basis, you’re welcome to book whenever it suits you, as long as there are no contraindications for the treatment. However, we recommend booking your next two appointments in advance when you are in clinic for ease of scheduling and getting the time that suits you best. Booking appointments in advance can alleviate the stress of trying to book an appointment at the last minute.
Appointments can easily be changed if no longer needed as frequently or when you changes to your schedule.
We have waitlists available if you can’t find a time that suits you best.
Please check with each practitioner how far in advance their online appointment booking is open for and their missed appointment/late cancellation fees.
For cancelling or rescheduling appointments, please contact your practitioner 24hrs in advance to avoid a late cancel fee.
We understand that being sick can’t be planned. Please contact your practitioner to check if there is something Chinese Medicine can offer you with an alternative modality. For other unforseen circumstances, we are here to offer support with understanding in rescheduling your appointments as necessary.
If you prefer to have a conversation before booking in or don’t want to book online, you are very welcome to call our clinic on 0406 426 422. We don’t have the front desk serviced at all times, please leave a message if you can so we can return your call.
