Sarah is a Registered Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture practitioner who draws on a multi-modality approach to healthcare to address both the root cause and symptoms of a wide range of conditions. Her clinical perspective and training in Chinese Medicine is further strengthened by her previous studies in Human Movement, Remedial Massage, and Personal Training, as well as experience competing in sport at a national level, giving her a deep practical understanding of enhancing energy, boosting recovery and whole-body function for every day living.
Sarah’s philosophy centres on empowering patients through education, personalised care, and sustainable treatment strategies that support long-term health with preventative strategies in treatments to promote resilience, and balance.

Sarah is currently undertaking postgraduate lineage training in Classical East Asian Herbal Medicine to deepen her clinical expertise in Classical Herbal Formula applications.
Ongoing, in person mentoring under comprehensively trained and experienced Chinese Medicine Pracitioners for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. Chinese Medicine education is never ‘finished’ and a lifelong dedication to building upon existing skills sets for the benefit of clinical outcomes.

A complete Chinese Medicine appointment utilising all modalities appropriate for your treatment goal and current health conditions(herbal consult included). After a comprehensive health intake/assessment, the safest and most affective treatment plan will be discussed with you for your first treatment and subsequent appointments. This consult also covers herbal formula diagnosis. Take home herbal prescription extra cost, quote can be given before dispensing.
FOLLOW UP CONSULTS - after first visit
(all follow up consults include reassessment and diagnosis)
STANDARD ACUPUNCTURE ONLY $90 (please allow up to 45 minutes. Not available as a first appointment).

STANDARD TUINA ONLY $90 - no needles. (please allow up to 25 minutes. Not available as a first appointment)
