A late cancellation, change of time or missed appointment fee applies to all booked services. To avoid this fee, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Your appointment time reserves the practitioner and treatment room soley for your appointment. Cultivate Healing does not demand a pre-payment or deposit for appointments booked, in return that we trust open communication and respect for practitioners time and committment to their profession and clinic operating costs.

We understand that life can be spontaneous in nature, kids get sick, work calls you in on days off. Communication is always open so we can work together to provide continuity in care.
