Sarah has qualifications in both Chinese Medicine and Sport and Exercise Science(Human Movement). You’re in safe hands with exercise prescription and advice on how to maintain your current exercise program with adaptions to reduce any overuse, muscle and joint pain or elevate toward your next training goal.
